Passengers with special needs should check the availability and request special services at the time of booking their tickets, preferably no later than 48 hours before the departure time, and make sure their requests are confirmed by us.

Passengers with disabilities, as well as senior passengers, who need to be taken care of during their travel, must be accompanied by an adult of 16 years of age or over, who can provide the necessary care.
If you are traveling with your own wheelchair or assistive device, please check at the time of booking the acceptability of such equipment for transportation on our flights and any special requirements. Such equipment will be carried by Air Armenia free of charge in addition to the free baggage allowance. Wheelchair assistance to passengers with disabilities is provided at the airport free of charge.
Pregnant women are not recommended to travel by air within the last four weeks prior to the expected delivery date.
